2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files). This includes your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer).
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. The hosting provider stores the log files only for as long as necessary for these purposes and then deletes them automatically. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server; no connection is made to third-party servers such as Google.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The contact form passes your entries to your own email program; no form data is stored on this website itself.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to your enquiry. We delete your data once it is no longer required to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Records relevant under commercial and tax law are generally retained for ten years.
